Antoinette Waller manages a diverse commercial law practice, representing clients in a variety of industries including insurance, fashion and retail, risk management, banking, finance, and entertainment. Antoinette currently focuses her practice on insurance property, casualty, and bad faith matters; she has broad experience in civil litigation including unfair competition and other business torts, contracts, securities, trademark, trade secret, insurance coverage, and employment disputes. Antoinette is proficient in interpreting, analyzing, and implementing regulatory and legislative compliance mandates.
Antoinette’s prior corporate experience includes serving as associate general counsel for a pre-IPO entertainment and licensing company, managing intellectual property litigation, and counseling the company on associated matters.
Antoinette is admitted to practice in California State and Federal Courts including the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Antoinette has served as lead counsel in multi-party complex arbitrations and trials and has argued cases before State and Federal trial-level and appellate courts in California, the Federal District Court in Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. Antoinette’s expertise includes alternative dispute resolution, and she has successfully resolved numerous matters through mediation.
