Caitlin has served as lead strategic and coordinating counsel in high-stakes, multi-state litigation stemming from widespread foodborne illness outbreaks and product liability claims. She also vigorously defends corporations in matters involving wrongful death, toxic torts, construction defects, and complex commercial disputes.

On behalf of insurance carriers, Caitlin has successfully litigated declaratory relief, contribution, subrogation, bad faith, and unfair business practices actions. Her insurance coverage practice extends to advising carrier clients on first and third-party obligations, ensuring carriers navigate complex exposure risks effectively.

Drawing on her background as a former business entrepreneur, Caitlin prioritizes tailored strategies that minimize disruption and align with her clients’ commercial objectives, favoring negotiated resolutions where feasible, while tenaciously advocating in court when required.

Caitlin is licensed to practice before the California State Bar and admitted to the United States District Courts for all districts in California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Caitlin attended University of California, San Diego where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science in 2003, graduating in the top 15% of her College and Major. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco in 2007.
